renee + ben + noosa = good times

I’ll quite often ask our clients.. “what is it about my images that really speaks to you.. What did you see that made you want to contact us?”  Renee & Ben said they wanted great wedding photography, but they wanted something more as well..  something interesting..

Their wedding was in Noosa.. Noosa is certainly a lovely place, but R&B (Renee & Ben, not Rhythm & Blues), didn’t necessarily want everything to look all beachy, & they were happy to open the brief..  So, we did a location scout before their wedding & found some awesome little patches & also got yelled at by a shopkeeper for loitering out the back of his shop.. something about private property, the cops, & bad juju.. (yes, our mothers did know where we were)..

Renee & Ben are simply cool people..  & they were very easy to photograph..  Their feelings for each other were obvious.  They trusted me enough to be able to let go of their photography & just enjoy themselves..  & that my friends, is the key..

Observe..  the wedding of Renee & Ben..

BIG thanks to Renee & Ben for trusting me.. & thanks also to our friends at Sails Restaurant in Noosa – absolutely a premium service.. & to Brad from DARB bridal couture – sometimes I wish i was a woman so I could get a dress made by this guy..  I shouldn’t even be calling them dresses..
