FACT: if you’re wingman no.1 at your best mate’s wedding, and you’re flying from brisbane to sydney for the wedding, and you bring the wrong suit (wrong colour too), with you to the wedding, and you only realise the aforementioned on the actual wedding day when you, the groom & the other groomsmen are getting dressed for the wedding….. —-> then under section 46A, sub-section C, of the “Aussie Blokes Guide to the Galaxy” (1908), your associates (groom + fellow groomsmen) are legally obligated to unleash unto you, large amounts of retribution in the form of, but not limited to, ridicule/verbal attack/miscellaneous physical harm/public embarrassment/reduction of beer rations/temporary testicular pain..
Furthermore, your associates are also legally bound under sub-section D of section 46A of the Act, to.. “at all costs, physical, monetary or otherwise, prevent all information regarding such wedding day failure, from reaching the bride or any of her party”.. thus, preserving the life of the defendant and by association, the life of the groom himself.. Such information may be released unto the bride and her party at the completion of the wedding, or when otherwise deemed safe to do so..
