leanne & alastair.. (spooky beach, far away in time)..

Yamba is a beautiful place..  It feels untouched by busy modern life..  and…  just a little down the coast from Yamba, is Angourie..  Angourie means “hidden treasure”..  Actually, I completely made that up, but it would have been mighty convenient for my little report if it did mean “hidden treasure” – it apparently means “sound of the wind”.. but we instantly fell in love with this place regardless of it’s meaning..

Oh yes, Leanne & Alastair were married in Angourie..  That’s actually why we went.. We are wedding photographers you know..   It rained heavily all day on this particular Saturday, (and we’re talking ALL.DAY.).. but venture out we did, & I can honestly say Leanne & Al’s wedding was truely amazing, & I am indeed very glad to be able to tell their wedding story..

Al = BIG Beatles fan..

The next day, we spent another 30mins or so with Leanne (and the kangaroos), to capture a little more of her childhood stomping ground.. If you get the chance…  Get thee to Angourie!
